It truly depends on your schedule, for most people who work a 9 am to 5 pm workday, it is easier to fast in the morning throughout the afternoon.
Can children fast?
We do not recommend for children to following any fasting protocols.
How long will it take to reach ketosis?
It can take anywhere from 12 to 24 hours to reach partial ketosis, full ketosis can take up to 10 days on a full ketogenic diet.
Will this be hard to do?
It can be an adjustment, over the first few days, but you can do this.
